The blades are not good
My problem is the razors themselves. I started regularly cutting myself. I thought it was just ageing skin, but after about a year I tried a competitor’s razor and it was 100 times better. I’d never use the Harry’s ones again unless they come out with a better razor blade.

How long does a blade cartridge last?
I believe it's recommended that you replace them weekly assuming you shave daily. So 7 uses? I usually use one blade for one month since I only shave about twice a week on average.

Mine last about 7 to 8 days. My beard is heavy due to my Sicilian ancestry! I will never go back to Gillette!

Stays Super sharp through about the first four days, still useable for day 5, but you will notice the difference. I change the blade after 5 days.

Depends on often you shave. Daily shavers will go through blades faster. Whereas I shave every 2-3 days, so I go through a blade about once a month.

is it me or do the blades keep popping out of handle when you remove them from the case?
Move the handle laterally so that one end of the blade comes out first.

I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
